The length of time it takes to build your home depends on the time of year; weather, especially rain; size and style of the home; and the availability of materials. Other factors include the number of changes requested by the homebuyer, the degree of difficulty encountered to initiate those changes and the availability of materials. From the start of actual construction, we typically complete a custom home within six months.
