Phase 2 involves focusing on building the structural core of your home, including: Constructing the block walls; completing interior framing, installing trusses and ensuring the roof is fully dry-in, and installing the windows.

This third phase prepares your home's critical infrastructure by: installing rough plumbing systems; completing electrical rough-in work; setting up initial HVAC infrastructure; finalizing roof installation; and mounting exterior doors.

Phase four is when we transform your home's structure by: Applying stucco exterior finish; installing comprehensive insulation; hanging and preparing drywall; completing septic system installation.

During this phase, we focus on the finer details to complete your home's interior and exterior: installing flooring; adding interior trim and doors, fitting and installing cabinets; setting up countertops; applying both exterior and interior paint; installing door hardware.

In this final phase, we finalize your home's systems and exterior elements: completing final trim for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; pouring the driveway; installing sod for landscaping; setting up appliances; mounting lighting fixtures; installing garage door; adding wire shelving; conducting final walkthrough and punchlist items

After signing the Affidavit of Completion, it will take up to 14 days to finalize the closing on your home.

After closing, we’ll continue to support you with a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty, a two-year systems warranty, and a one-year workmanship warranty through our partnership with a leading home warranty company.
